How To Get Started As A Vendor
For New Vendors: Read our Vendor Terms
Before becoming a vendor on EarnersPay, it’s important to read and understand our Terms and Conditions to ensure your
product meets our quality standards.

Submit Your Product for Approval
After reading our terms, the next step is to send us the details of your product you want to list on EarnersPay for vetting and approval.
We only accept high-quality digital products that is created by the vendor. We do not allow vendors to list products they have resale rights to or any product they don’t originally own.
To apply, send us the following details;
Personal Details:
Your Full name,
Your email address,
Your WhatsApp number,
And a link to any of your social media profile.
Product Details:
Your product name,
Your product price (should not be less than N5,000 – $5)
Affiliate commission (The percentage you intend to pay affiliates for each copy sold. commission should be within 50% – 75% for affiliates to earn [remember higher commissions attract more sales])
Your product flyer (should be in jpg or png format and not more than 500kb in file size)
Link to your product’s sales page for preview (A well-written & designed sales page is required.) sales page done on selar or systeme.io are not accepted.
Your sales page elementor json file or thrive-architect zip file. (We will need the salespage file for payment/affiliate link integration)
Your Product access link for preview/vetting (We will need to see how buyers would gain access to your product and also vet the product to ensure its meets our quality standards.)
Promotional materials link for affiliates and Link to your product sales challenge page (if any)
Your customer support contact details (Buyers should have a way to reach you or your customer rep for support)
Send these details via mail at once to our email address vendors@earnerspay.com with the subject line: “New Vendor Application”
if you do not have a sales page for your product or a product flyer; you can send a mail to help@earnerspay.com so we can help you in creating one.
Vendor Account Creation
Once your product is approved, We will use your personal information to create your vendor account to enable us list your first product on EarnersPay and make it available to our affiliates to promote and earn commissions.
You will also be able to use your Vendor account to track your product sales and withdraw your earnings from sales made for your product.
The vendor account creation fee is N12,000 ($12) and it is a one time fee, no renewal and its non refundable.
After your product is approved, you will be sent the payment link to pay for your vendor account creation before we will proceed to create your account and list your product
or you can as well inform us to create it then later we deduct the fee once you start making sales.
Start Earning from Your Product Sales
After setup, your product will be live on the marketplace and affiliates can start promoting it. You earn money
whenever a sale is made, and we handle all transactions and payouts for you.
Already a vendor on EarnersPay ?
If you’re an existing vendor and want to list another product, follow these steps below:
Submit Your New Product for Approval
Send an email to vendors@earnerspay.com with the subject line – “Request For New Product Registration”
* The product name, product flyer and price of product
* The sales page link for your new product and sales page file.
* Access to the product delivery system for verification
* The affiliate commission percentage you’re offering
* Link to promotional materials/sales challenge (if any)
Get Your Product Listed
Once approved, we’ll add it to the marketplace and make it available to affiliates. No extra fees required.
Payment Terms for Products Listed on EarnersPay
Please note that EarnersPay automatically collects and distributes sales payments among vendors, affiliates, and the EarnersPay platform.
EarnersPay charges a 10% platform fee of the product cost on every sale. For example, on a ₦20,000 product, EarnersPay will charge a platform fee of ₦2,000 on each sale made.
Your earnings can be withdrawn from your EarnersPay wallet whenever you request a withdrawal, and they will be credited to your local bank account within 24 hours.
